Gift vouchers and credit notes

Existing gift vouchers purchased before the 16th of September 2015 cannot be redeemed in any of our physical stores.
Outstanding credit notes for all sales before the 16th of September 2015 cannot be redeemed in any of our physical stores.

Customer returns for faulty garments

Customer returns are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act, and all faulty garments will be sent to our Head Office for review.

VIP Reward Vouchers

Points will be accrued for all full-price sales after April 1st, 2026
Points prior to April 1st, 2026, are no longer valid

Lay-bys

A 20% Deposit must be made for all Laybys.

If the lay-by payment is not completed within 4 weeks from the date of purchase, the goods will be returned to stock. In such cases, the rights of the buyer and seller are set out in section 9 of the Layby Sales Act of 1971.

A handling charge of 20% of the value of the sale will be made on the cancellation of each Layby sale.

Product Information

All sizes are based on standard New Zealand sizing. All sizes are approximate; however, we do attempt to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the size guide for measurements.
We attempt to display product colours as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the actual colour of the product.

We undertake reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and product prices appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant content was entered into our website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mispublished, including prices and promotions.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position of a certain product may change during this time period. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before your order has been accepted, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for out-of-stock items.
